Introduction of kitchen waste anaerobic system
With the gradual implementation of garbage classification in China, Qunfeng Heavy Industry has put forward a unique dry anaerobic kitchen waste treatment process according to the characteristics of different regional cultures.
Kitchen waste pre-separation and treatment system suitable for dry anaerobic fermentation: At present, the domestic dry anaerobic fermentation is developing rapidly, and the popularity rate is gradually increasing, it is mainly more suitable for large-scale kitchen waste treatment. Qunfeng Heavy Industry introduced advanced pretreatment technology from Germany, aiming at dry anaerobic fermentation system, our company independently developed the system equipment to eliminate heavy and hard substances and entanglement, providing sufficient guarantee for the long-term and stable operation of the dry anaerobic fermentation tank. The system we mainly used was crushing - screening - fine screening - removal of impurities - dry anaerobic fermentation system process.

Screw conveyor
The equipment uses a shaftless screw, when the material from the conveyor into the hopper, relying on the rotation of the spiral blade will slide the material, along the U-shaped conveyor trough to the outlet, and with the press or garbage car supporting, the material for the next step.
Drum screen
Roller screens are generally installed upstream of solid waste sorting systems and effectively screen different sizes of waste. They will feed the garbage flow into two garbage flows, according to the composition of garbage, volume, size, which can be entered into the roller sieve of the various components of the garbage separation.
Disc separator
Waste with different particle sizes and shapes is separated by the rotation of the plate and the gap between the plates; By adjusting the gap between the plates, the materials with different particle sizes can be separated effectively and reasonably.
Shear crusher
Through shearing, tearing, and extrusion to reduce the size of the material, with strong structure, high cutting efficiency characteristics.
Extruding dehydrator
After the material enters the extruder, under the action of the taper screw shaft and the variable diameter screw, the material and liquid will be compressed in volume, the water will be extruded from the material, and then separated and discharged quickly through the porous filter barrel. The remaining solids will be discharged out of the machine under the conveyor action of the screw, so as to realize the solid-liquid separation.
Organic matter separator
Use of vertical mechanical separation technology, the equipment is set to break three big functions in a body bag, separation and pulping, applicable to small and large kitchen waste, eat hutch garbage crushing pulp, can be fully realized slurry separation, the impurities such as organic matter in the plastic, ensure fully recycling organic matter, and reduce the processing difficulty of the subsequent process.
