This process is only applicable to equipment with a weight of refrigerant liquid and oil not exceeding 2 kg. Equipment containing more than 2 kg of refrigerant liquid must first be removed from the hazardous material, extract the relevant wave body, and then treated.
① Unloading
Unload equipment to prevent damage to refrigeration circuit.
② Storage
Store the device for processing.
③ Partial removal of large equipment
Partial disassembly of equipment (including refrigeration cabinets, beverage machines and other professional refrigeration appliances).
④ Equipment Preparation
Manual screening enables operators to remove trash, shelves, cables, unwanted waste, and more.
⑤ Decontamination
Decontamination equipment requires extraction of various regulated substances, such as condensers, refrigerants, etc
⑥Shredding in confined Spaces
Through a crusher fitted with a specific system, the insulating gas can be contained and removed.
⑦ Absorb insulation foam
The insulation foam as part of the equipment is absorbed and treated separately.
⑧ Treat insulation foam
Insulating foam requires specific crushing and heating treatments in a confined space.
⑨ Iron metal separation (hanging magnetic separator)
A suspended magnetic separator attracts and removes magnetic particles (ferrous metals)
⑩ Secondary sorting
Different screening procedures can be combined to screen the remaining particles into more uniform categories.
